Security Assessments:

Multi-Unit Apartment and Condominium Buildings or Complexes
Our Specialists work with landlords, HOA's, property management companies, real estate companies and property owners to assess and survey buildings, as well as larger complexes, and make recommendations on how to keep it safer and more secure. We have the knowledge and expertise to assess all components of a complex including, but not limited to, doors, locks, windows, lighting, garages, alarm systems, security and surveillance, shared common areas, and environmental factors. A written report with recommendations will be provided to you once the survey is completed.

Business Security
If you own any size business in San Francisco, our Business Security Specialists can inspect your workplace and make recommendations to reduce criminal activity, such as burglary, robbery, and employee theft. Components assessed can include alarm systems, security and surveillance, loss prevention techniques and other physical factors relating to preventing criminal activities. A written report with recommendations will be provided to you once the survey is completed.

Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED): Our Security Specialists are trained in CPTED, which examines how outside environmental factors can affect criminal activities. We can include CPTED recommendations while performing the security assessments, or in our written reports.
