Jim Dudley returned to the SAFE Board in March 2013 after serving 32 years with the SFPD. He retired as the Deputy Chief of Patrol and now teaches Criminal Justice Classes at the San Francisco State University. He specializes in Police Practices, Ethics, Community Policing, Managing Critical Incidents and Special Events. Jim is a graduate of SFSU and the FBI National Academy. He enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, cycling, golf and running.
Joseph Foletta is currently a manager with PG&E responsible
for the protection of its assets and executives. Joseph has been with PG&E for 5 years. Joseph is based in PG&E headquarters in San Francisco where he is responsible for the safety of more than 20,000 employees. Prior to his employment with PG&E, Joseph spent 28 years with the California Highway Patrol, working throughout California in numerous field and administrative assignments. He worked his way through the ranks and retired as the commander of the investigations unit. Joseph’s expertise is in the fields of Executive Protection, Physical Security, and Workplace Violence Prevention, investigations and threat assessment.

Andrea Jorgensen is a Planner for the San Francisco Fire Department and the San Francisco Department of Emergency Management where she serves as the Disaster Corp Volunteer Coordinator and also works under the Program Coordinator for SFFD NERT (Neighborhood Emergency Response Team) to promote and maintain trainings for volunteers. She is the NERT neighborhood coordinator in her own area of Forest Hill Extension/Laguna Honda. Originally from Minnesota, Andrea has lived in California for approximately 30 years. Her background includes work in interior design, restaurant management /event planning and also in the non-profit world, primarily working with advocacy for the homeless. Prior to her current position she worked at SAFE and is passionate about SAFE’s contribution to community preparedness and safety awareness.
Tina Breen Moylan joined the SAFE Board in August 2013 after many years of involvement with both SFPD and SAFE. She has been a member of SFPD Northern Station CPAB for four years and on the Host Committee for SF SAFE events for the past 4 years. Tina has been involved in community based organizations for many years, most recently serving as President of Russian Hill Neighbors (2009-2013), current chair of RHN Safety committee, Board member SF Neighborhood Network, SFCUU and many non profits in San Francisco. Tina is a graduate of USF, married to her college sweetheart Mike Moylan, owns a Jewelery Design Business and loves life in the City celebrating her family and Irish heritage.
